Roof Estimator Privacy

CityStar uses the information you enter to provide roofing estimates, create your customer account, and respond to quote or inspection requests.

Information used

We collect your name, email address, mobile number, property address, verification status, saved quotes, and inspection requests. Your email is verified using a one-time code. Your mobile number is supplied for follow-up and is not verified by SMS.

Service providers

Your search address or, with browser permission, your location is sent to Google Maps Platform to locate the property and retrieve satellite imagery and roof measurements. Google processes information under its Privacy Policy. Verification emails are delivered through Resend. Customer and quote records are stored in our PostgreSQL database and made available to CityStar staff through our CRM.

Storage and account access

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in for up to one year, renewed when you return. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes and are stored as keyed hashes. We store your contact information and CityStar quote records for account access and follow-up. Raw Google roof data and imagery are not saved to our customer database; refreshing a roof analysis requests current available data. The website also loads Google Ads tags, which may use cookies or similar technologies.

Your choices

You can search without creating an account, decline location permission, or clear this site’s cookies to end your session. Contact citystarroofers@outlook.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your customer records, or to stop quote follow-up.
